What Participation Looks Like
This study is primarily virtual and home-based with little to no need for additional clinic visits. Participation is designed to feel manageable and provide support alongside the care of your oncology team.
Participation may include:
- Aerobic and strength training plans tailored to your needs
- Diet and nutrition guidance
- Regular check-ins with your trainer, dietitian, and research team
Participants may also receive:
- Activity-tracking technology
- Exercise equipment and resources to support physical activity at home
- Nutrition resources, including a recipe book
Who Can Take Part
You may be eligible for the TEAL study if you meet the following criteria:
- Are 18 or older
- Have received an ovarian or endometrial cancer diagnosis
- Are scheduled to (or have completed less than one cycle of) chemotherapy for ovarian or endometrial cancer
- Can walk unassisted
- Meet the study’s medical guidelines
Participation is entirely voluntary. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
