Patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) commonly have poor tolerability to total neoadjuvant therapy, which reduces cancer control and survival benefit of this treatment. This study will investigate the dose-response of aerobic training (AT) on total neoadjuvant therapy tolerability in patients with LARC. This will help support integration of AT into clinical cancer care.
